Calculation note: This calculator uses percent difference, comparing the front-to-rear speed difference with the average of both speeds. Unlike ordinary percent change, this gives the same percentage magnitude regardless of which axle is used as the reference; otherwise, reversing the comparison can produce two different percentages. Transmission and axle effects are compounded, not added.
